Monster Mouth sandwich! Basically everything I love stacked onto a sandwich, smoky soy curls, tofu bacon, avocado, gobbler slices, etc. It turned out to be so good!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread, which is what I made on a local tv station (months ago), and I finally got around to posting about.
