The Gloria Gaynor from Biscuits and Groovy featuring biscuits, gravy, tofu scramble, daiya, veg bacon and sausage, jalapenos, and chives. Basically the kitchen sink. Soy Curl fajitas, part of a new line of packaged meals sold around Austin by Green Island Catering Bomb nachos from Vegan Nom migas taco from Vegan Nom Capital City Bakery peanut butter chocolate pie. inside shot Veggie Kebab from Tarka, a fast causal India spot. Not really what I imagine when I think kebab, but good anyway. Fried Tofu with vermicelli and vegetables from Pho Natic tamale from a farmers' market

This all looks so good, especially the Gloria Gaynor! I've been trying to convince Boyfriend that we need to go to Austin when we're in the US next year, I'll have to show him this!

The first thing looks crazy good. All the things look good but, I guess I'm really into biscuits right now!

That looks so amazing. I feel obligated to visit Austin and order the Gloria Gaynor since we share a birthday.
What's in the migas taco? I'd totally eat it, but I'm curious to know what's in there--I think I see hashbrowns, tofu, and beans?

There's scrambled tofu, bell peppers, daiya, and corn tortilla strips. If I think about migas tacos too much, it freaks me out because eating tortillas strips in a tortilla is just weird. But tasty.
