Attempted making a Scandinavian treat, the coconut bun (kokosbolle). A lighter, creamier version of marshmallow covered in chocolate and coconut flakes. It's somewhat of a challenge considering they are made with egg whites, gelatin and sugar.
Once again I failed, but the outcome was very marshmallowy. Took me about ten minutes to make the "marshmallows" and the base is Orgran NO EGG. Before the chocolate cover, even low in sugar (for being what it is) and fat free.
And they are omni-approved. My cousin is sitting next to me helping me finnish the tray.
