These are both from my niece's half birthday (we have the party then because her actual birthday is Christmas Eve).

I also made some mini fruit tarts. The base is a cashew based pastry cream. These were a hit and I'm going to make a big one for my sister's birthday. The pastry itself was from VPITS.

I think it was the one from Vegan Pie in the Sky, but since I'm lazy I used store-bought raw cashew butter instead of soaking and blending raw cashews. It was super simple that way.
