Hubby made this for me Friday when he found a thin pizza crust at half price in the store. With tomato sauce from home grown tomatoes, tomatoes, basil, mushrooms and the sharp cheddar from Vegnews. This Was Awesome. Must buy the book

It certainly LOOKS awesome!

Would you recommend the cheddar for other purposes as well? I haven't tried it.
