Apricot and Peanut Loaf

I am trying to get into bread baking again. These days it's so cold that I have a lot of motivation to heat up the oven and bake something.

For some reason when i read that my mind went first to an Apricot and Peanut Veggie loaf, rather than bread.

The bread looks fantastic.
