I finally created a quiche that I really truly like. Lots of veggies, lots of flavor, only a little bit of 'egg'. It has broccoli, carrots, onion and green bell pepper. The 'egg' is made from crumbled tofu, soy milk/creamer and no-egg powder with flavorings that are similar to the crustless mini quiches from fatfreevegan. Recipe on my blog (in Dutch)

You can see that my winter photography setup is a very small and cheap light box, which is only just big enough to fit a 9" spring-form pan. It gets dark long before dinner is ready, so this is the only way I can take a half decent picture.
