I've been trying to get vegan biscuits to rise perfectly for years, and finally conquered it.

Gorgeous biscuits. That's a technique I haven't seen for making biscuits before-- mixing the wet and dry and THEN cutting in the fat. Interesting! I'll have to try the recipe out....
