thanksgiving-ish stuff! plate of butternut alfredo (but made with pumpkin and soba noodles), herbed cream collards from vegnews, green beans with tofu and cranberry salad  mo-nay shot of creamed collards  bryanna's pumpkin pies  cranberry streusel bars adapted from vegan desserts  apple cake  recipes and sources on my blog!

It all looks wonderful! I love the green leaf plate (and originally thought it was a huge collard green underneath it all). I also feel better knowing someone else's pumpkin pie came out as dark as mine. I used dark brown sugar (vs. the light brown sugar) the recipe called for and the pie was much darker. It looks burnt to me, but I know it's just because of the sugar.

I am pumped and ready for Thanksgiving now! The cranberry bars are so pretty. I think I might try them next year.
