It all looks wonderful! I love the green leaf plate (and originally thought it was a huge collard green underneath it all). I also feel better knowing someone else's pumpkin pie came out as dark as mine. I used dark brown sugar (vs. the light brown sugar) the recipe called for and the pie was much darker. It looks burnt to me, but I know it's just because of the sugar.

yeah, i made 3 pies from that recipe and they were all dark. i also made the vpits pie and it was orange, so yeah..it's just the recipe.

yep...probably my new favorite collard recipe. even people who claimed not to like collards thought they were great...but i guess loads of nuts and coconut milk (and some nooch!) makes everything taste better!
