Super Easy Microwave Caramel Sauce

This is seriously dangerous. It only takes 6 minutes to make...and then you have vegan caramel sauce. I drank it out of the jar. Does it make it healthy if I eat it with apples?

Would brown rice syrup be a good substitute for corn syrup? I really want to make this - sounds awesome!

I'm sure you could...the cooking directions would be completely different (and I haven't tried it that way yet...) so I couldn't give you any specifics!

I think brown rice syrup would be ok in this recipe! You could also try using golden syrup (aka sugar cane syrup)!
