I was watching Food Network yesterday and Guy F was at a place serving Hawaiian plate lunches and I was curious & we love carbs so why not.

Basic macaroni salad, white rice and for our protein extra firm sprouted pan grilled tofu!

Late night dinner crappy pic, but you know how I roll!
