A reader asked me to make jackfruit in the pressure cooker. So I did.  BBQ Pulled Jackfruit (in the pressure cooker) recipe HERE.

Looks delicious! I have yet to work with jackfruit despite living only a few miles from the largest Asian grocery in the state. Soon.

That looks great! I just started experimenting with Jackfruit, and I LOVE using my pressure cooker, so I will have to use this method!

I love barbecue anything, and have enjoyed jackfruit carnitas in the past, so this sounds great to me. I don't have a pressure cooker though. But I'm sure I could figure out how to do something similar another way.

Amazing idea!! I made the jackfruit carnitas from VEW last night, but it was a little time consuming. I'd considered the slow cooker, but the pressure cooker hadn't even occurred to me! Thanks for the tip -- I can't wait to try it out.
