Vegan surf 'n turf! That looks like the sort of food I'd happily pay lots of money for in a fancy shmancy restaurant. Will you be opening a fancy shmancy vegan restaurant after you graduate?

Aw, thanks! I have no plans on going into the restaurant business. I'd like to open up a vegan B&B one day, write a cookbook, and/or teach a cooking class.

I love the idea of a vegan B&B! You and Mr. TC are amongst the most generous hosts I know!

Also, this would be worth a special trip. I love the idea of an upscale meal at a nice vegan B&B, not just baked goods and coffee (though those are nice too).

Yes, I would include a stay at the TuxidoCat B&B in my future vacation plans!
