Sounds perfect! What kind of fake cheeze did you use? (And where did you get that kimchee here? I haven't seen anything as beautiful in Gro!)

I used the Smokey Mountain Cheese from Vegan Diner. I got the kimchee at Meida-Ya on the Beethovenstraat. They don't always have the vegan stuff, but when they do, I have to get it!

I need to make that cheeze! Everything I've tried from VD has been a winner (OMG the BBQ sauce!). And I think that kimchi goes with everything :P
