Our neighbor has given us so much citrus lately I have been trying to use it up. So I made a three citrus marinade (tangerine, grapefruit and orange) for the tempeh and used a lemon for the broccolini (Meatless cook book). I served it with a dish my mom would cook a lot when I was young (it was my sister's fave) pasta with EB and parm cheeze sprinkles...

Cacao nibs and baked coconut shreds in a dark semi sweet chocolate...I made it over the weekend and will be making more for my Aunt's bday this weekend. I like making bark, it sets up in the fridge and having a nice chocolate base is fun to experiment with! Don't mind my dried out hand...my skin is taking a winter time beating!

I am so jealous of your citrus bounty! That chocolate bark sounds delicious.

Buttery noodles are always the best. I do a bowtie, cabbage, EB and carraway dish my mom passed down to me all the time and it's delish!

Citrus and tempeh were made for each other.

I love chocolate with nibs in it so hard. Also, broccolini is amazing. I would eat all of that, including your hand*.

*not really
