At the first bite (my first bite of fake vegan cheeze ever) I wasn’t sure if I loved or disliked you. However, after a few mores bites, I was hooked. You are tasty in an old-school way, and of course you melt and stretch which is awesome. You feel a bit strange in my mouth, but you are fake cheeze, and I will get over it. Daiya cheeze, I think I ♥ you. I will use you on a proper pizza soon.

they are wonderful :) if you end up making your own, i prefer to toast the english muffins first and then bake with the sauce + cheeze.

Yes, toast them first! Then you are rewarded with deliciousness.

I was going to make myself a grilled daiya sammich tomorrow, but maybe I'll make a grilled pizza sammich instead. I have a ton of vegan pepperoni in the freezer that still needs using.

OMG a sandwich! I've never tried that before, I've always eaten them open faced! Genius! Now I just need to make robin's pepperoni stick and I can have a pizza sammich too! sweet heaven!

I loveee English muffin pizzas! My son prefers anything and everything on a pita (but he is 2), I like how the sauce makes the muffin soft.
