I made these last night for a vegan knitting meet-up today. My mixture was very wet and even after 2 hours in the fridge it was still too soft and sticky to be handled or rolled. I added a bit more flour and then just did my best to smush them down into circular-ish shapes. They baked up really nicely though, and tasted great with a little drizzle of pink icing.
I think the problem is that the vegan margarine here has a really high water content. I probably should have thought about that and used half shortening. Oh well, everyone ate them and liked them! Thanks for the recipe!

Sorry to hear about that. I'll make a note in the recipe on how the texture should be, almost as firm as a drop cookie before putting it in the fridge.
