yeah! the salad was spring mix, baby spinach, romaine, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts and chopped granny smith apples
the dressing was maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, walnut oil, dijon mustard, salt & pepper

I love apples and nuts/seeds in my salads. They has such texture.
Also, this is my fav salad dressing.
