Best cornmeal crust I've tried yet!
Both pies have red wine red sauce, tofu miso ricotta, alder-smoked cherry tomatoes, pickled yellow hot peppers from early fall's farmers markets, chopped kale, etc. One pie has Upton's Italian seitan crumbles and another has smokey soy curls (which yeah, were also smoked with apple chips because I can't stop) and shredded muenster (adapted from AVC).
