Sauteed crumbled tofu with seasoning and red bell peppers, hot salsa fresh from the neighbor's garden (going to beg her for more), hand smashed guac and rice with neighbor's backyard lemons!

Your rice looks amazing! The tacos sound good too, but that rice just really has my attention right now.

I make rice a lot...It is easy & my boyfriend's mom taught me how to make it for her son. The recipe is below! :)

Yum! Tofu tacos were one of the first things I made when I first went vegan. I still make them to this day.

I was just going to ask about the rice recipe and then I scrolled down. Love when that happens!

we get free lemons from our neighbor! lemons on everything...even soup! lime is good but lemons are always organic & cheap around here.

MEGAyay! local and awesome. hooray for lemons! we recently started adding a little fresh lemon juice to soups as well, and the other day dan made a tasty pasta salad (wth a lovely spinach-basil-roasted garlic-sun dried tomato pesto) and squeezed just a bit 'o fresh lemon juice in. the lemon juice took it to a new level o' deliciousness!
