I got really excited that I had made these, and saw that there's another thread about croissants this very minute.... which means that EVERYONE on the ppk should make croissants. They're surprisingly easy, they just take like 8,000 hours.* Ok, go!

Beautiful! I actually do want to make croissants. I bought Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day, and started to make the dough but screwed it up. Someday I'll try again!
