Fava bean and wild mushroom burgers

So, fava bean and wild mushroom burgers topped with arugula and a pear and caramelized onion chutney? Salad? I don't know what you call it, but it tasted damn good.
I didn't keep exact measurements, but the burgers were made from fava beans, a blend of dried wild mushrooms, tvp, "beef" bullion base, parsley, sea salt, smoked paprika, roasted garlic, and just enough vital wheat gluten to make it hold together. They were garnished with arugula and a blend of pears, caramelized onions, lime juice, more salt, and ground smoked peppercorns.
