Not sure if low brow iPhone photos are frowned upon here. I made Isa's Mushroom Cannellini Paprikas and Scarlet Barley from AFR.

I would never mess with one of Isa's recipes unless necessary. I didn't have any barley so I used orzo instead and it totally worked. Also, as you can tell I like dill... a lot.

Thanks everyone! I picked up some pearl barley yesterday and have some beets in the fridge so I'm going to make Isa's Scarlet Barley the right way tonight.
