Yay! Did you like these dishes? I haven't tried either of these dishes yet, but I'm making something from the French chapter tonight. I really like this book.

I was very happy with both -- especially since they were so easy to make. The tofu recipe makes way more horseradish sauce than you need for one package of tofu, so you can either double the tofu or have tons of sauce for your veggies. I roasted 3 pounds of beets and had sauce for them all.
