Lovely!

This is maybe a stupid question, but what do the x's mean in "xgfx"? I see that a lot and I don't know if it denotes a special kind of gluten free or something?

Looks delicious! Makes me want to stuff, wrap, and roll more food in my kitchen.

I think it means the item is both vegan and gluten free, as opposed to regular gf which often has eggs/dairy/animal products.

I could be wrong, but I think it was developed because the abbreviation gf was already in use for girlfriend. I use gf everywhere else, but xgfx seems to be the standard here at the ppk.

ETA Oh well, see how much I know. It does mean vegan, gluten free. http://xgfx.org/

Yum, totally making the pumpkin roll for thanksgiving dessert! And yes xgfx is for vegan & gluten free, because most gf stuff has eggs in it. Totally infuriating!
