those look really good! i think you forgot to list the sugar in the recipe. you only mention the powdered sugar.

Looks really yummy.

And to think I used to eat pine nuts straight from the pine cone in my back yard when I was a little girl. Who knew I was eating fancy expensive nuts.

Thanks! I should edit it to clarify that the sugar is the powdered sugar and additional is needed for rolling.
