I felt like I had to share this as I think it is possibly the most beautiful cake I have ever made. It's a chocolate truffle torte made with hazelnuts and orange zest:

I've made a very similar chocolate-tofu tart/pie several times now and everybody always raves about it. A huge hit with omnis too. Yours looks delicious. That final cocoa dusting really does make it look like a giant, delectable truffle.

It's beautiful, I think I'll make it tonight.

Did you make it in a pie form? Did you do anything to the sides to keep the torte from sticking to them, or does it come out easily?

I made it in a springform pan and a little of the chocolate tofu topping stuck to the sides but that just gave me something to munch on!

I like your site very much, and your truffle torte is dreamy.
