FootFace and GlueGun joined me and my mom for a 100% vegan Thanksgiving including Field Roast hazelnut cranberry roast en croute, mashed potatoes and gravy, pear and arugula salad, roasted brussels sprouts, stuffing and pumpkin baked ziti. It was pretty darn good. And now I wish I'd taken some close-up pics (but FF might have.) Oh, and we had apple pie for dessert.

That sounds like a lovely day (and everything looks delicious; I've never really felt the brussels sprout love, but those look pretty good)!

Amazing! Also, I don't even like apple pie, but these pictures make me want to run downstairs and make some!

Sounds like a damn good spread. I just make the pumpkin ziti for the first time tonight. It's pretty tasty.
