This dish is called "Hühnerfrikassee". It's a stew made of, soy chicken, carrots, parsley root, celariac, onions, mushrooms, balck salsify and a tasty and umami roux. I served it with some cooked basmati rice. (It's tradtionally served with rice.) And it was really really great.
