Over the last few months, I decided to mostly focus on one cookbook every month... Here are some dishes from Veganomicon month!

Looks amazing! I would have overlooked several of these recipes--like the couscous or the manzana chile, but seeing your pictures makes me want to give them a second look!

That all looks so good! Three and half years into veganism, I'm still intimidated by Veganomicon. I'll have to try some of these recipes!

I would have put less garlic in the Caesar Salad, and I can't seem to get used to mint in savory dishes so I wished I hadn't put any in the couscous, but apart from that I loved these dishes. The tortillas and cookies were my favorites. The moussaka too, but I messed up the photo so I didn't put it here.
