 Operation Fat asparagus Reduction is in full swing at my house ..! Chickpea Flatbread with Chipotle Lime Black Beans, Brown Rice, Spinach, Queso, Lettuce and Tomatoes I'm eating 4 400 calorie meals a day plus a 200 calorie snack if desired.
