With a Garlic Lemon Sage Cream Sauce.

Hand rolling pasta dough is no joke. The handle broke off my crappy rolling pin.

Vegan Dad pasta dough recipe. The rest I sorta winged. Sauteed artichoke and onion in some oil then added to a tofu ricotta. The sauce was sautee'd garlic with cashew cream, sage, lemon juice, nooch, some flour to thicken.

That sounds so good. I love artichokes and could totally go for some right now!

That looks delicious. I have one of those pasta roller things and should maybe use it more often, but making pasta takes forever. It can be worth it though.

Oh wow. I tried ravioli once and messed up. I'll have to try again because this is too tempting.

You deserve a gold medal for rolling that by hand! It looks well worth the effort.
