My first post for Vegan Mofo 2014.
Although my wife and daughter love my Marinara Sauce, they've been bugging me for a veganized Alfredo.
So after a little experimenting in the kitchen last night, I think I nailed it.
Cashews are simply amazing aren't they?
I also sauteed a few mushrooms in some white wine and folded in a can of no salt added Tomatoes.
