Could you do this in a toaster oven? And I don't have any psyllium husk. Could I use flax seed instead or just some more chickpea flour? Because if you can do all the above, this would be a great breakfast for me.

She just did something similar.

As I'm usually running late for things, I require all of my breakfasts to be portable! Therefore, I must try this. I love coffee and toast with hummus, but it can't beat oatmeal when it's cold outside.
