Afterwards I realized I should have written it down. I only had dehydrated apples so I used 2 cups of them to 2 cups of water on medium heat. I added 5 or 6 shakes of cinnamon, a couple of nutmeg, some allspice and started with a half cup of sugar and let the apples rehydrate and cook down some. After that I just kind of added stuff to taste. Hopefully that helps some. :)
