Challah. Braiding is hard!

Poppy seed and prune hamantaschen. Hopefully I'll have time to make apricot and chocolate tomorrow.

There's a suggestion for a taco, but not a recipe. Roasted beets, charoset, and horseradish sauce in a collard leaf. Though I just found a wacky matzo book with a matzo tortilla shell that I need to try!

Your hamantaschen look awesome!!!! Alas, while I bake lots of things successfully, hamantaschen always seem to be my downfall. What with the spreading, and the insides going everywhere :(

Nice! I am still trying to find the right egg sub for my mom's hamantaschen recipe - what did you use as a binder?

Also, that passover taco sounds tasty!

that Challah looks absolutely amazing.
I admire your determination in making this. I know the braiding is difficult and hence I have never even tried.

All the recipes are mine. I used cornstarch for the egg in the hamantaschen and a bit of extra liquid. I think not using too much filling makes a big difference in stopping spreading.
