I think that loaf is Rose Levy Beranbaum's basic soft white sandwich bread, the recipe is
here. Swap the butter with margarine, the honey with agave and soy milk for the dry milk, there are instructions for swapping dry milk with liquid at the bottom of the recipe, if you have soy milk powder I expect that would work too.
