After a long break because I and my family were moving into our new loft I managed to restore the esseential parts of my kitchen and made a few cupcakes today.
They are based on the recipe for "sexy low-fat vanilla cupcakes" from VCTOTW but without any vanilla and some cinnamon added and filled with some little balls made of marzipan, maple-syrup, rainsins and some roughly crushed pecans. The glaze is made of maple-syrup and a tradiotinal and unsweetened apple-butter from the region in western germany where I live, that's called "Apfelkraut" in german.
