From Ani's Raw Food Desserts -  Tempeh Chili - I used VeganGuineaPig's spice blend from her book and then fudged the rest. When I was a fat little pregan I used to take a bowl of white rice, cover it with hormel chili, and then cover all the surface with American cheese slices then I'd nuke it. This is brown rice, tempeh chili, galaxy pepper jack rice cheese.  Omelet! Mushrooms and daiya.

How did you make that perfect looking omelet? Every time I've tried, they're too thick, get stuck to the pan (cast iron) etc..

I used my giant non stick calphalon with a thin layer of non stick spray. I glopped it down, spread it out nicely, and waited patiently for it to turn matte. I normally don't make food that looks at all like it should, so this was a good surprise. I made a burnt broccoli and daiya one last night. It's weird but once you eat one, you want a million.
