I used to love these pre-packaged pecan tart things at the grocery store and never really thought about trying to veganize them until this weekend I decided to try it. I was so happy with how they came out

This! My mom and I used to make these together! I would love to actually have something in common with her again that maybe we could do instead of kill each other when she's around again for a while in January.... I think we called them Pecan Lassies and dusted them with a slight sprinkle of powdered sugar on top!
