My partner got me some pretty awesome presents this bday:
Image

The kit contained enough for 3 batches - you just had to melt the cocoa powder/butter then add the little container of agave. It also came with candy wrappers & 3 actual cacao beans to taste.

Turned into this:

The hibiscus flowers (in champagne) were delicious, kind of like raspberry gummy bears. The chocolates were out of this world good (and so easy to make). They melted in your mouth like a truffle.

I also got some cupcakes from papa ganache bakery in keyport nj:

Coconut chocolate, death by chocolate, gf raspberry key lime cheezecake, berry & vanilla frosting on chocolate cake, pistachio & red velvet. I shared them with a few people but cut them so we could have a taste of each & they were all sooo good!

Is it weird that I recognized both of those items from thinkgeek.com? I was considering buying them.

And now I'm seriously craving cupcakes.

Haha he did get them from thinkgeek. At first I thought oh no, did he get me another dumb iPod charger? Thank goodness no, these presents were much tastier. :)

They have those exact same hibiscus flowers at my local bottlo. I never really knew why they were there, but now it makes sense.

And I would just stick my entire face in that box of cupcakes.
