Haven't posted food in a while!  Fried eggplant and pasta with homemade marinara, salad greens with sundried tomato vinaigrette  Potato spinach curry (AFR) with brown rice and roasted carrots  Corn and scallion cornbread (AFR)  Veggie potpie stew (AFR)  Cowboy cookies (VCIYCJ)
