Christstollen (German Christmascake)

This is a picture of a german christmas cake, which I made for the first time this year because I always thought I wouldn't like it but my opinion totaly changed after I made my own one.

It's a yeasted fruitcake cover with melted magarine and a thick layer of confetioners sugar and can be kept for a couple of weeks.
