Confession: I'm not actually a vegan, just a vegetarian. But I usually cook vegan because I don't like eggs and I'm lactose intolerant. Part-time vegan? Anyway,  Chickpea cutlets with Vegan Dad's cajun rice.  Chickpea noodle soup with kale because I'm sick and utterly miserable.

Thanks all. The plague has, unfortunately not gone away. It has turned into an ear infection (what am I? 7 years old?). So next on the list is Isa's chipotle chili with sweet potato and brussel sprouts. Sounds like comfort food I can taste through having a cold.
