Ah. Swedish Christmas classics. I have yet to try the rutabaga ham, though, and I first heard about it in... 1995 or some ancient time like that. I usually make Finnish rutabaga casserole (kålrotslåda/lanttulaatikko) instead.

That rutabaga ham cracks me up. Everything on your blog looks amazing!! I love that cinnamon swirly bread! It's great to see European vegan blogs - I love to experiment with traditional Northern and Eastern European seasonings and veganize dishes and there just really aren't a lot of cookbooks out there, despite so many restaurants out there being creative and awesome!
