Howdy! My first post here on the new boards. Yessssss.... I wish I had a better food porn than this but there it is.  Greek Manestra with Tofurky/Tofutti cheese/Vegenaise sandwich on white bread. Manestra recipe from "The Olive and the Caper" cookbook.

It took me a while because I got distracted with other stuff. But I'm back. I used the American style Tofutti slices which is pretty good in a sandwich.

October has been a slow month for me. I think I only made 5 food blog entries which is pretty sad. Mofo next month should be eventful!
