Food was hard sometimes, but I fared pretty well in Buenos Aires! I also made a little post about my fave restaurants in Bs As in The Square.

Fugazza, a sauceless onion pizza that is usually vegan!

Superfood Salad with Miso-Tahini Dressing from Natural Deli. Dudes, this salad was so weird. It was doused in tons of soy sauce, and included florets of cold, mushy, overcooked(boiled?) broccoli and cauliflower.

Seitan Chop Suey from Naturaleza Sabia. This was pretty good. Lots of shredded veggies are beneath the seitan.

Ooooh the seitan chop suey looks great! And boiled broccoli & cauliflower in a salad? No thanks.

they are "motti balls" or something like that. essentially, they were balls of rice that were lightly pan-seared on the bottom.
