jildez wrote: this is officially taking over my dreams. and pecan cream? please do tell. It's pretty basic :) I don't have the exact measurements yet but here u go: Make a small amount of caramel (sugar and water) and in the end i add 1/4 cup of pecans. Pour the the caramel and the pecans to a baking sheet and let it cool and harden. Next grind the the hard pecan caramel in a food processor until it form to a dough (like marzipan). Make some whipped cream. Take small portion of the cream and use it to thin out the caramel-pecan dough using the food processor, thin it out just a little so it would be more easy to mix it with the whipped cream. Fold the pecan-caramel-cream mixture into the whipped cream. I'm pretty sure this works for other nuts too. I'm not from the US so I'm not sure which vegan whipped cream options you have there. + Sorry about my not so good English, hope its readable. :)
