I've posted most of these on the old boards, but I want to test the img function AND encourage new users that you can have delicious, vegan, gluten free cookies instead of being banished to the land of those (mostly) nasty posers most companies try to pass off as cookies. Will try to add my gf subs later when I have the books handy. If you're interested in a particular one before I post back, post here or pm me. As I find more/bake more - should I just add them to this same thread to keep them together? d- Chocolate Pretzels  Chocolate Chip Chai Shortbread (my current favorite)  Lazy Samoas  Sparkle Ginger Cookies  Terry's Favorite Almond Cookie

Nice signature :D Of course!! As long as I know far enough ahead that you're coming to get the ingredients (or near the holidays when I will have them) I'm trying not to bake them as frequently these days without a good reason!

Those cookies look delicious! I wish I knew more about gf baking because I'd definitely cook that way more often.

We just bought a Vitamix with a dry container for grinding flour because my partner really wants us to go GF, and I suck as a baker, so any tips are welcome <3

Your cookies look great! I'm trying to diversify my baking portfolio. I bought some quinoa flour and gluten-free baking mix, but I keep staring at instead them of using them for something!
