Ooh, I want to try this! My problem with the coconut milk based ones is that the texture is all off once it's refrigerated.

I cannot freaking WAIT to make this. Irish cream on my hot cocoa was a favorite pregan treat, plus I am famous for my "boozemuffins"--the most amazing Irish cream cupcakes ever. Now I can finally attempt veganization! Hell. Yes.
